Laura Huggins, a talented actor and experienced musical theatre performer, always uses her voice to inspire others. She enjoys helping people realize their own power within, aiming to tell aspirational stories that motivate young individuals to achieve their dreams through culture, education, and self-belief. With a mature and reassuring tone, Laura focuses on building and affirming one's spiritual strength and empowerment.
With a ‘Never be Defeated’ attitude, this professional performer triumphed over breast cancer and went on to write and voice her own survival story to encourage others fighting similar battles. Her book, The Bodhisattva Emerged Dancing: How One Woman Overcame a Life-Threatening Illness, is now available on Audible.com.

A dramatic play about HIV, our families, and prevention, titled Our Story: AIDS in the Black Community, features a talented cast of actors. Written by Larry Williams and directed by Ken Eulo, this aspirational production is sponsored by the Simeon Resource and Development Center for Men. It has received rave reviews at the Orlando Shakes/Shakespeare Theatre, highlighting the mature themes and the professional talent involved in this important narrative.
